About Digna
Boxing has never been just a sport to me — it’s a way to create change, both inside and outside the ring.
At sixteen, I walked into VBSK Albert Cuyp, the boxing club known as the “Cradle of Champions,” and boxing changed my life. I went on to compete and become a multiple-time Dutch champion. Today, I’m the head coach at the same club where I started, training and guiding competitive boxers.
Nine years ago I started with boxing therapy: not a tool I picked up, but an extension of who I am. In the ring, it’s not only about winning. It’s about letting go, trusting your intuition and allowing yourself to surrender. Boxing becomes a mirror for the patterns in how you move, breathe and respond.
I also give seminars and certify coaches and professionals in systemic work and boxing therapy, with a focus on trauma, leadership, and working with vulnerable groups. Through my own company, Toko Din, I bring together coaching at the highest level of the sport and professional education.
